The site studied and chosen were the shehris behind the Nani Daman Fort. We observed that after the construction of the promenade influx of tourism the environmental flows in the shehris had changed which had resulted in a lack of social space for locals.

The existing social space was a warehouse like structure which was also used to house migrants/ construction workers etc.
